Location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable, room service is good, family-friendly. Breakfast is very rich, variety of choice. Nice staff, always helpful. Very nice restaurants in the hotel and around. Very nice spa area

It was surprised to get access to business lounge with breakfast and dinner included to the room price. I have never been in Russian hotels before with such good service.

Excellent hotel, located in a nice area (New Arbat). Highly recommended for a Moscow city break.
It has fullfilled all my expectations in terms of design, furniture,, comfort and cleanliness level.
Friendly staff, ready to assist you. Small but nice spa area with sauna, steam bath, and jacuzzi pool.
I will probably book it again on my next Moscow trip.
